BALTIMORE, MD - M&T Realty Capital Corporation announced the appointment of Donna Falzarano as a Managing Director in M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Florham Park, NJ office. Falzarano joins MTRCC’s Life Company and Agency platform and will be responsible for originating commercial and multifamily loans across the United States with a variety of capital sources. Supplementing MTRCC’s Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo and FHA/HUD direct lending platforms, additional targeted capital does include life companies/balance sheet lenders, CMBS, debt funds and pension funds
Falzarano is a seasoned veteran in the industry, with expertise in long-term permanent financing, agency and structured financing for value-add and opportunistic scenarios. Bringing extensive relationships with all types of capital providers, she comes to M&T Realty Capital Corporation from CBRE, where she was a First Vice President, employed for the past 28 years. Falzarano is the recipient of the 2021 GlobeSt Elite Women of Influence Award, in the Debt & Equity Finance category. She is also an active member of CREW New Jersey and Mortgage Bankers Association’s mPower women’s networking group.
